    • As for me, funny and silly to say, I start to have issue in wiping my private from front to bottom via my back.  I just can’t seem to be flexible enough.  tongue out

    • Aging to me is getting to the point of losing abilities in a big way. Not the, “my joints are stiff” kind of thing because it can happen at an early age too. If you want to slow down a loss of agility, be active and do some weight bearing exercise, even if it’s just walking, and of course eating well too.

In 10 days I’ll be 62 and if you call me “aged“, I’ll come dance around you and wear you out! LOL  Still laughing... that was fun!

      Cathie.... grinning

    • Having to get glasses for reading!!!!!!!!!!  Also, actually seeing my face loosen/soften,  waking up in the morning with lines on my face that take a little time to eventually go away!  Stiffening of my body after I work the nightshift.  Weight gain around my middle...I guess I could go on and on...coloring my hair because I do not like the grey on me!

    • Still able to read without glasses, and I only need my distance glasses if I’ve been staring at the computer all day. Pondering Yoga because my balance isn’t what it used to be. I eat well (which doesn’t always mean ‘healthy‘), exercise often, walk every day. I have a little muffin top (used to be a larger, more annoying muffin top), and I see women at work half my age who are so sloppy looking and overweight that they can’t climb four flights of stairs (which I do at least 3 times 5 days a week). Their mothers are having cardiac issues and I’m older than their mothers. When they find out I’m older, they can’t believe it. My hair is getting grayer, but I don’t really care. But there are mornings where I squeak and creak; 2 Advil gel caps and a CO Q10 and I’m good to go.

Cathie, you know as well as I do that some of us are like wine, we get better with age!
