Q & A

Does anyone here deal with or know someone who has Irritable Bowell Syndrome? My Mom has had it for over 40 yrs and it continues to get worse. Just wondering if anyone has found relief from it...

    • Stress rules my bowels, so I alternate from constipation to the trots. I try to eat plenty of roughage, and keep hydrated as often as possible. I noticed when I take CO Q10 100mgs, I tend to be a lot more dependable when it comes to a daily BM routine.

    • She could try taking probiotics. There are several different brands on the market but my doctor recommended the Phillips Colon Health capsules.

    • I’m so sorry for your mom. Personally, I suffered for many, many years. And I was also on one too many dr written suggestions for it and the many other health issues I had. I’m just blessed that I found some relief with the most amazing cleansing and replenishing system. I’ve had so many stomach problems, but for almost 6 yrs now, I have had the best health ever. And happy to report, I feel fantastic. I do hope she finds relief as well. heartheart

    • Sorry about your mom having that.

I have stomach problems too. I’m either constipated or running to the bathroom. But yet I have at least 2 to 3 good BM’s a day around the same times as always. I think I need to drink more water, I don’t drink nearly enough, I’m pretty bad when it comes to that.

    • I have suffered from this my whole life , I watch what I eat !! I take probiotic complex. The foods we think that are great for us I can’t eat , I stay away from certain cheeses  and yogurt is the worst for me and I don’t drink milk or eat ice cream. I eat for my blood type and it works for me .

    • Yes, still deal with it and it coincides with the GERD, so you can imagine...have your mom get checked out and then the docs can get her on the proper meds, if needed, and a good diet plan..and yes, the probiotics are a must.
