Last year, I drove down to the League of Justice, turned in my cape and boots, announced my retirement from playing Superwoman and learned four words that changed my life "Will you help me?”

Tomorrow is International Women's Day. I'm asking the international women of the Fabulously40 community for your help and support, fully expecting that you will rise to the occasion, individually and collectively, and make this an absolutely jaw dropping and humbling experience.

Amongst men we have a reputation of being poor networkers. They say we are catty and backstabbing and we allow our jealous and competitive spirits to discourage us from fully supporting each other. We all see evidence of this behavior played out on Celebrity Apprentice and any of the reality housewife TV shows. But...they are just acting, right?

My book [Link Removed] featuring Fabulously 40 founder Yana Berlin, was written because I have a heart for the wholeness of women. It's a very important book and I want it to get out into the world as our collective voice, to carry the messaage that we will not be made invisible, we will not be overlooked, and we will not allow anyone else to define who we are. I believe if one of us is hurting, we are all hurting and no woman should ever be made to feel less valuable because she is maturing.
