WOW, hard work, determination, education. I have thrown myself into that whole heartedly this year. My Goals, resolutions...whatever you want to call it. I started scheduling everything out a week in advance and sticking with it. Attending manydatory and not mandatory classes a few times a week. Attending seminars.I took a buyer out today, they loved the property they looked at and are going to talk to my mortgage lady tomorrow. I got 2 listing so far this year, 2010, and one got an offer today. Things are looking up.Going with yet another buyer tomorrow to look at houses down by the seashore.
