Who has time to cook???? When I run into store all I have time for is to snatch whatever makes sense, so I can run home and whip up a meal. This one is always a hit, especially when you have only an hour and many people over.

Shopping List

Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Chicken Breast (boneless, skinless)

Asparagus

Canned Mushrooms (drained and washed, and drained again)

Salt

Pepper

Mayonnaise

Wash and pat dry:

Chicken

Asparagus

1.Lay out Asparagus in a glass ovenproof dish

2.Beat chicken breast so it's not thick and salt and pepper on both sides, place over Asparagus

3.Place drained mushrooms over the chicken

4.Place shredded cheese

5.Layer evenly with mayo

6.Place in the hot oven at 350 uncovered for 45 minutes.

Cut and Serve immediately.
