Are you monitoring Your Hair Health?

Day after day we all lose between 50 to 100 strands of hair either while combing or washing the hair. The number could be greater even up to 250 strands of hair depending on how thin the hair is but losing more could be an alarm that your hair is falling out more than usual.


Our hair is like a garden and constantly it goes through a cycle. This cycle could be affected by many factors that can produce hair loss. Some of these factors could be: medication, chemicals, some type of illness, lack of a good nutrition, infections just to mention a few.  

As per the American Academy of Dermatology studies,hair loss in women  is an increasing condition in the US.  More than 30 million females will suffer from hair loss in their lives.  

Preventing hair loss is possible make sure to review your diet and your intakes of vegetables and fruits. It would be a good idea to add vitamins as a dietary supplement and try to avoid any type of hair chemicals...look for natural made products instead. Be sure that there are plenty of ways to prevent and control hair loss.
