Hello Fabber’s and welcome to 2014, I hope everyone is doing well and staying warm for those who are dealing with these cold temps and snow storms. We here in Michigan is staying above the rim of all the snow thus far. Right after the Christmas holiday I vowed to get in shape this year and start working out at the gym. I had a membership for a few years at Fitness19, but I rarely used it, when I did go in it was always over crowed, so I guess I was discouraged so I joined Planet Fitness in January and have been going pretty much everyday if not every other day and I love it, it’s never crowded the staff is quite pleasant and I love the no judgment free atmosphere. I also began eating healthier and to my surprise I lost 4 pounds in the first two weeks. I’m excited and determined. I have a long way to go to get to my goal weight, but I’m going to get there.
Good for you Neicy! I’ve gained 7 pounds over the last couple of years and need to lose it. Slacking off on exercise and snacking too much as been my problem. Thank you for the inspiration! Yes, you will achieve your goal!

That’s great Vicki. I’m in te gym at least 5 times out the week and I’m eating more healthier now too! It helps.
