I tell ya, there is never a time in the life of a woman that she has NOTHING to do. There is always a full agenda for us, we‘re wives, girlfriends, mothers, grandparents, friends, confidants, boss‘es, employees, entreprenuers, whatever our titles may be, there is never a dull moment we‘re always, always busy with something!
We do all the shopping for the home, and family, cook and clean and still hold down businesses and jobs outside the home for those who work outside of home.
I feel we as women should get pampered on a daily basis and men should truly realize the load we as women carry as well. Just yesterday my hubby watched the new Tyler Perry movie “FOR COLORED GIRLS” and he cried like a baby for real, and he came over to me and gave me one of the biggest and heartfelt appologies, saying how often times men do take women for granted not really looking at our struggles and all that we carry. Just because we are labled as the weaker vessel doesn’t mean to treat us that way.
Yes we as women should be praised on a daily basis. We should have a song in our heart with every sun rise of a new day. Yes we should be able to dance and praise like David danced before the Lord and not have to worry about what drama the day is going to bring.
This statement holds true we are strong and yes we will survive lol. But can we get some help at times? My hubby is a hard worker and a very great provider for me, but at the end of the day when he comes home its like he forgets I work inside as well as outside the home and I don’t like doing double duty at home if the house is clean lets keep it that way!

Yes, even today, my “day off” from work, I’ve been changing sheets, doing laundry, cleaning bathrooms! Plus I just attended a teleconference for work.
As hard as it is, I think sometimes we women have to set aside some time to just do nothing!! As hard as that may be at times....
Amen Diane, if I don’t do nothing else I will set a side some time for me!
And might I add I feel we women should get paid the same if not more than what the sports players get. We do alot and it goes un-noticed and to be honest there is no amount of money that could be paid out for all that we as women do.
