As a belly dancer, I know that one of the best things I can do for myself as I age is: Keep On Shimming!  The first time I was told about the anti-aging benefits of belly dance, I was in a large workshop taught by one of my favorite people, Aunt Rocky.  In her special way of wording things, she said:

"If anyone wonders about the benefits of belly dance, look at me. I'm xx years old, and doing great. All this arm movement and dancing and my chest isn't sagging."
