Have you ever said, on Monday I am going to...? Monday comes and goes and you find yourself saying it over and over until one day you stop saying it anymore. How about this, instead of just saying it to yourself you tell someone your goal. This is where the accountability part comes in. Studies show 95% of people who set accountability appointment, achieve their goal*. You can find an accountability partner several ways, they can be a friend, family member or someone you employ like a coach or trainer to keep you on track. No matter who you invoke to help you in your goal setting journey, make sure they understand your mission, the importance of your goal and the timeline in which you would like to accomplish it.

Having someone involved in your goal setting is important for your success. At AmiGlowz, you can search for other women in our community with the same or similar goals or you can contact one of our professional partners for expert advice and support. To make your dreams a reality you need to lay out a step by step goal setting plan, work on your plan each day and have someone hold you accountable.
