Eat The Way Mother Nature Intended

That’s the basic philosophy that I use in all of my teaching.  Dieting doesn’t work. If it did there would not a woman on the planet who had a weight management issue without having a medical problem behind it.  And that’s simply not the case.

What you should be doing is learning and for some it’s more a matter of re-educating yourself.  The dieting industry has grown tremendously in the last couple of decades and there is so much poor advice on the market that it’s no wonder women have trouble deciding what to eat and how to prepare their food.

There is no miracle except for two occasions -
One is the miracle that is the human body and all it’s glory.

Two is the miracle that you yourself make happen by adopting healthy habits that last a lifetime.

Everything I teach is based on my education and my personal experience.  I’m 55, comfortably fit in a size 6 or a size 4, use Yoga every day and eat foods I like without going overboard.  My husband and I love to dine and I never skip dessert.  Ever.  But, I know when to say “no” and keep my body’s good health in mind first and foremost.

Click on the link below to read my most recent blog post on this subject.  Purchasing my eBook is the place to start and then go on to becoming a paid member of my educational website.  There’s plenty of tools here and the approach I take is straightforward and simple.

Stay healthy everyone,
