hello everyone-
I hate to say this but I’m still in this suite and won’t get to go home until Friday. Or so I’ve been promised.

Vikki has asked for some fresh ideas for 300 cal meals that must include protein.  But no fish!

since my hubby’s laptop is giving me grief by jumping around, I’m putting out the request for your ideas and I’ll use this as a topic for next week’s columns.

Come on-let’s hel Vikki89 kick her fallback -of soda pop and put her on a healthy 6 meal a day live-it plan!
