Happy beginning of August everyone.  I’m about to go “berserk” between the worker bees, the problem with my e-mail hacker and a resurgence of my arthritic hip.  With this in mind, I’ve decided to issue a challenge this week:

Please share your 5 ingredients or less recipes.  All areas from breakfast to dinner and desserts are all up for submission.

That’s it-easy right?  I’ll share them in Friday’s column and a few of my own favorites.

The rules?  You have a max of 5 separate ingredients and I will NOT count good old salt and pepper or either evoo or vegetable oil as part of the basic items.

Okay-time?  It starts NOW!

I know I’m posting early but I have no idea if the “bees” will need to un-plug me for the day-
