Dear Friends, I just received this via email, from a Native American Tribe, I will not tell you who they are, other then the fact that they saw my Gold Rush hub on Hubpages. I am no longer going to write anymore series on the Gold Rush, my publisher asked me to finish the book in private. However, it does not stop me from feeling the gravity our original people of America and what they are facing here and now, you don't notice because they have been tucked away from our view in places you would not want to spend any time. Very hot or very cold places, places where all you see is a dirt road leading someplace from a main highway.
Darlene, Im so glad you‘re writing about this. As you say, so many people don’t know what the real poverty situation is. Thank you for bringing it to the foreground.
