Well ladies, it has been a long time since I have checked in with my fab 40 friends and to be honest,feel like i’ve been to hell and back,and even have the scortch marks to prove it, however wether it be because I am to irish to give up or to polish to know better I am back girls. and the topic i choose to blog is something that has taken me this past year if not a little bit longer to acknowledge. while attending school for what seems like forever in a career that i thought i wanted i feel like i will be prusueing a different course of studies but have not told my girls yet. while i have good news my daughter is living her dream by getting her internship at Disney...Yeah very proud I have come to the conclusion that I have been procrastinating in my own life so it is time to perservere, i was somewhere and i saw a sign keep calm and carry on i have adopted that as another new motto. so I am going to sign up for another course and live life. I have not been working out with any consistency and today and the past few days between walking the dog and doing this over 40 workout through prevention mag i feel pretty damm good, so i no longer going to sit and watch life but take a big bite out of it and go for what i want, hence the perservere part. I have always wanted to own my own buisness and have even thought of a great way and an idea to market. so wish me luck all of my fab 40 friends and I’ll see you soon
