Stopping by to say “hi” so much going on. .Things I never thought I had to think about or deal with but that is part of how it is when you go to get fixed by the medical team.

I went in for some Therapy for something that happened in 2009 but it has led to a whole new exploration to times way way back.

Painful to pull up the past but necessary to heal things not properly healed So, in between classes, have been taking therapy for my inner networks..

No one likes to say they need help and for me, I would rather say I am strong and perfect and needing nothing more; but that would not be realistic

Therapy helps one put into perspective the things that have given one a blurred view of things. Who knew things from so long ago could affect whats going on here in 2011.

I am so grateful that I have decided to undergo some healing processes and that I can begin to say things I never would say before.

Someone in a support group told me its like cleaning out the junk drawer. You have pull it out, put it on the counter to sort it out. It looks a terrible mess to start; but once you sort through it all, throwing out the bad and keeping the good, you begin to have a prettier display. When you finally got it all sorted and put back in, you no longer have a messy drawer but a nice clean drawer.

Healing the past is so necessary for embracing the present. I never knew so much stuff was going on inside me; I kinda liked my messy drawer.. until it was emptied out in front of me and saw the mess.

One should never be afraid of counseling or healing. I know sometimes people may look at therapy as something not good; but it really is good, it really makes life a whole lot better.

Hope everyone is enjoying the holiday who celebrates but who do not hope you are enjoying your Sunday.

Love it
