Hi All,

Just want to say it’s never too late to start running.  I actually hated running even though I loved working out and many activities like biking, hiking, golf and softball.  When asked to run a 5K a year ago, I said ok.  The very next question was if I wanted to run a marathon.  I chuckled but then said yes.  In less than 5 months I trained (as best I knew how) and at 48 I ran 26.2 miles in 4 hours and 34 minutes.  You can too!!!  Start slow, build up your miles, eat right, drink water and have fun!
