Find a way to give God Praise! There is a story in the Bible that I read found in the book of Acts. It tells of two men who were beaten very badly and thrown in the bowels of a prison. They were under guard and chained. Now this was not a normal situation and neither of these men had done anything really wrong. They had cast a demon out of a women and were teaching in the village about the massiah. The people didnt like this so they dragged these men into the street and the town beat them. Back in those days a beaten was something I dont think I could have taken. Just imagine the most horrible beaten you could think of and then multiply it by 1000 times. Then black and blue, bleeding and broken they were thrown into the bowels of the prison. Not a normal cell. A place beneath the prison. A place worse then solitary confinement. A place where all the feces and garbage and junk of the other prisoners rained down on them. A place of darkness and dampness where most likely all kinds of bugs and rodens made their home. This was a horrible place. On top of it all they were chained. Just think how humiliating this was. What a test of their faith. The story goes on to say that IN SPITE of this horrific circumstance the men began to pray and sing praises unto the Lord and in the midst of there praising and praying an earthquake shook the prison and all the door flew open and all the prisoners were freed.  You can continue to read this story in Acts 16 chapter 20 verse. I just want to encourage you that no matter how bad it seems. You can always pray and praise God. When you do that not only are you set free but other people are freed by your praise. God is good no matter what and He is worthy of all our praises.  Be at peace friends and remember I love you.
