I want my home to be my "ahh its good to be home" place

I want to be free to do exactly as I desire with my free time, free of guilt

I want to learn to stop placing so much guilt on my self

I want to feel appreciated by those in my life

I want to explore new things and not limit myself

I want to spend less time cleaning my home and more time enjoying it

I want to be fit and healthy

I want to be able to let my daughter grow up and make mistakes

I want to meet new people and friends

 I want more alone time

I want to learn how to do what makes ME happy and spend less time making sure others are

I don't want to be pressured about getting married

I want the man in my life to have and spend some time with friends

I'm sure there are more, but this is a start

    • Ok, I have a suggestion and I hope I’m not stepping out of line here. Take all the “want” words and replace them with “have” or “is” or “am” - as if you already own these things.

There’s something about affirming what we want as if we already have it that can be very powerful.

      Best to you.

    • I think you’ve done a great job putting all your desires down very honestly. You are a very courageous woman Tammy and I feel honored to have met you here.

BTW I think one thing on your list is already in progress, meeting new people and

    • Tammy I think this is a great start.... I want to challenge you further and ask you to write down what you want for YOU. Don’t involve anyone else in the sentence. Focus on how you want your house to feel when you arrive home, learn to appreciate yourself, go ahead take time for yourself.
As for your daughter sometimes they have to learn the hard way to appreciate you and what you have done for her.

This is a great step forward...keep moving sister!
