    • I’m so glad you liked it! And, welcome back. I’ve been hit and miss over here with nursing school. What a process! Whew! I love it, though, even with the big time commitment.

Hope all is well with you!

    • Hello Mavikaya!  I had a friend once who kept bees.  He only had one hive, but I’ve been a (non-practicing) enthusiast ever since; someday I hope to have a few hives of my own.  Thanks for chronicling your apiarian experiences in your blog!

    • hi there garnet, hope you are well.  i am not sure what to say about better training your dog.  but i can say this.  from the time our dogs were small we always spoke to them.  so the words no, come, play, toy, park, car etc became part of their life.  we always talked to our dogs like our children, i did not feel silly or embarrassed. we always took them to the bushes to run after wildlife like rabbits, in aus kangaroos or other creatures in the wilderness, they loved this.  if you can, get them into an obstacle course so so much fun.  i could not afford to take our dogs so the forest became our playground.  all the bestestaticestaticheart

    • Hi there. The first time I made your muffin recipe I used a white whole wheat flour that I tend to substitute for plain all purpose. I’m wondering if that’s what made the muffins so dense. I’ve got another batch in the oven right now with regular flour. I’ll let you know. In any event, I really like the flavor and I’ll be making them regularly.

    • I made your curry sauce yesterda and it was delicious!! I like using cream instead of coconut milk. I’m not a big fan of coconut milk but I always have cream in the house. I used it on chicken and brown rice. Thanks for sharing the recipe. I was waiting for Joe to not be home for dinner to make it. He’s not a big curry lover but I am!
