Lately I’ve been feeling little flutters of anxiety throughout the day. They‘re not so bad that I feel I need to address them with meds but I’m aware of them. We’ve had a lot more stress in our home with my stepdaughter at the root of it so that’s most likely where these episodes are coming from. I’m starting to take more time for myself, away from the rest of the family, to just sit, breathe, relax and recharge my batteries.

But I want to share a link for a website I found that has some of the best menopause related information I’ve ever seen in one place. I turn to this site a lot for answers when a new sympton pops up or I’m just needing some advice to get through all these changes in my body and my emotions.

This is the link specifically to the anxiety issues but the site has a lot more information than this.
