Ok, so here it is I'm trying to prep myself for my weight-loss challenge again. The Neurologist has challenged me to lost at least 15 lbs. by the time I see him again in 3 months which will be in August. So I am more determined than before to lose some weight. He was such a great encouragement to me as he spoke to me about my health and with the recent stroke, like he said I walked away from it a "very blessed woman" and I don't take this lightly either, so this is why I want to lose the weight he also shared with me that even though I'm weighing what I weigh lol, I'm NOT tellingestatic he said I'm in good shape, but should lose so I am because I am blessed to not have hypertention, diabetes, or even heart issues.

I do believe my back issues will lighten up some as well as my sleep pattern at night so I have begun drinking water with a freshly squeezed lemon in it to help detox my body I forgot where I read this but it is supposed to help rid the body of toxins, and I will get to the gym this week if it kills me lol. I wish the rain would stop so I can get my walking regimen going again grrrrrrrrfrown well I have scoped out my weight watcher cookbook and found some recipes I’m going to try hubby has been good about keeping me with lots of fresh fruit and I’ve been adding Flax seed to my food for added fiber.

I do hope I can keep this going and see some good results in time wish me luck!happyheart
