When I was younger my sex drive was extremely high (higher than usual). I started menopause at 38 and now at almost 50 I NEVER think about sex or actively want it.

      My frustration is multiple because:
      1. I don’t physically or mentally desire/think about it. [However, once I can mentally talk myself into is FANTASTIC].

      2.  Intercourse often hurts [thank goodness we found G-spot sex].

      3.  Hubby lasts forever (at least an hour) and I get really sore.

I took HRT for a while, but had to give them up because of breakthrough bleeding/risk of cancer.

I don’t look my age, don’t act my age, I eat right, and workout 4-6 days a week but the once-a-week-sex is now looking like it’s once-a-month-sex (if I’m lucky).

Hubby is nearly 64 and is in better shape than most guys in their 30s / 40s and could have sex several times a day.

      Advise? tips? empathy? tongue out

        • I give you empathy and understanding. My poor husband - we married only 6 years ago and it seems now like there’s been a little bate and switch going on. I have no interest whatsoever. I keep promising him that when my hormones balance out all will be ok, but now I’m wondering.

Wish I had advice - only empathy.
