We incorporate family dinner every Sunday - and it’s probably the only consistent day throughout the week that we‘re all together and that I have the wherewithal to cook a decent meal.
Tonight we‘re having turkey meatloaf with sweet & sour glaze, roasted garlic potatoes and whatever green veggie I happen to pull out of the freezer, probably beans. I’m hoping I can find a baked banana recipe online I made once, similar to bananas foster - that will be dessert if we‘re lucky.
I’m hungry already!

Wow, that sounds yummy. Your family is lucky! We had tilapia, spinich salad, rice and veggies! Nothing fancy, but filling!
Sounds delish. I love Sunday dinner! Sometimes I put a roast in the oven or we grill out and often we invite friends over to enjoy dinner with us. Tonight it’s just my husband and I with our 4 year old granddaughter. She always wants pesto (green spaghetti) so that’s what we‘re having.
