Today I will challenge myself to exceed my routine strength training exercises. I will do:
6 sets of crunches
6 sets of wall pushups
6 sets of squats
6 sets of lying abductions (lay on your side leg lifts).
There are 12-15 in each set.
Anyone care to join me??

I will join you in spirit by doing an intense eliptical session followed by some pilates and what I call “kick my bootie yoga“.
Great challenge Annie...
Can’t do them at work...but I will be doing some type of exercise when I get home. My back is feeling better today.
But I am going to work on my “drinking water“.
My challenge is to get (8) glasses in...or more.
I did the first level of the 30 day shred this morning. I really like it. 20 minutes doesn’t feel like enough time, though so I’m going to do it again this afternoon. I really noticed the difference and was quite sweaty afterward.
I’m still doing my cardio (mini trampoline), jumping jacks, push ups, strength training with weights every other day, and some yoga. 
Annie...you are a workout machine today. Good for you!! You are on it girl!!
I will join you today in adding to the workout I did yesterday.

This is crazy! But, Annie, what’s your running schedule tomorrow? I’ll get on my treadmill in the morning and sweat myself silly!
Yana I don’t know about the other ladies but for me it’s about trying to reverse some of the years of self inflicted damage. I can’t really say I have as much energy as desire!

I’m on THE most AMAZING system EVER! If it can give ME...someone who had Absolutely no energy, and would fall asleep at the wheel while driving home! And young Angela with Down Syndrome this kind of energy (you’ve got to check out her video), and help her drop from a size 14 to a size 0, and give her cognitive abilities, and help me with my health struggles, and help me release 2 dress sizes from a tight size 12 which we all know is a 14 to a size 6, I love, Love, LOVE, the amazing energy.
Anyway, today it’s light weights and yoga for me. It’s awesome not to have to work sooo hard anymore.
