I am apparently UP and moving! Got some things done including a 3 mile walk. Wooohoooo!
Hmmmmmmm.......... am I the only one who’s wired this morning????

LOL, I feel a bit energy Deflated today, Vikki. Getting over my Monday slogging around after a missed night of sleep and my still trying to take care of the business of moving.
Life is wacky and weird at times, and getting through it can feel like finding yourself in a canoe instead of a cayack in white water rapids meant for the rapids. ;oD

Good morning ladies.
Vikki, I was pretty wired earlier and got a ton of stuff done. Slowing down a bit now.
Got the debris from the windstorm cleaned out of the yard this morning and hauled out. Got some stuff picked up out of my neighbor lady’s yard for her.
Started two little carpentry projects, did a little bit of cleaning in the workshop, mainly just putting things away where they belong.
Went with two friends to have coffee with a homebound woman from our church.
Now the pup and I are just chillin
Cathie, you’ll do great no matter whether you‘re in the canoe or the kayak!!! 
Thank you, Tulip and ... Oh, that’s how Kayak is spelled! LOL... at least one of us knows how to spell it. ;oD
Wow! You’ve been busy! I’m glad I’m a few hours behind your time so I don’t feel like a big slacker.

I’m thinking my wideness has something to do with my diet yesterday. I didnt actually eat a meal but had 6 snacks. They were a protein and a veggie or fruit...... It was not intentional it was just too hot to eat much at any 1 time.
Maybe we should all go canoeing together

Interesting point about diet Vikki. I went back to gluten free yesterday (well except the big piece of choc cake at the neighbor’s house) and I feel the difference today.
And... that’s what this site is about.... helping each other paddle the canoe.
Happy Wednesday, I’m moving alot better and faster today than I was on Move-it Monday. Tulip, you sure get alot done despite the heat, I wouldn’t be able to function well much less get all that work done! kudos 
Maybe Vikki could give some of her wired energy to Cathy

Hello and Happy Hump Day ladies,
well I made it through another work day drama free!!! Hubby is gone to school and its just me and the doggie here at home. I cooked dinner and is now relaxing think I’ll have a glass or two of wine and enjoy my peace and quite while spending time here on Fab40.
