What natural medicine could I use for menopause and for calcium without a docs. precription that will really help and isnt exspensive because I cant afford health insurance or just even going to the doc.?
Are you referring to hot flashes? What are your symptoms that you‘re trying to alleviate?
I have hot flashes...I’ve tried everything. The severity of the hotflashes was reduced, but not completely gone.
Some people try:
black cohosh
soy isoflavones
evening primrose oil
just to name a few.
Wear layers of clothing so you can respond to being too hot or too cold. AVOID alcohol and caffeine.
I have found that a product on the market called “Estroven“, maximum strength, works best for me. It’s an all natural dietary suppliment that works absolutely WONDERFULLY for my symptoms of hot flashes, night sweats and mood swings. I’ve tried others, even lesser strengths, and they don’t seem to do the trick, but this one does. Trust me, when I run out of this, my roommate will run and get me some if I can’t afford it that week...he doesn’t want to see the monster from H#$% come after him again...once was enough, I guess!
