I identify the stressor and address it. A straight-forward approach works best for me.
Light my candles, put on some nice jazz and enjoy a bottle of wine.
Sometimes i find i cause unnecessary stress by procrastination and i’m working on organizational skills it’s helping... But sometimes there is just not enough hours in the day and that kind of stress you just have to breathe in and breathe out and do what you can.. we are all only human... RIGHT?
