    • I was looking at my juicer the other day sitting on my kitchen counter and realized I haven’t used it in awhile. For the most part, I eat pretty healthy. My classmates saw me eat a potato chip the other day and looked at me dumbfoundedestatic

I was very avid about juicing in the 1980’s, but then just about everyone was. I go in spurts. It depends on my mood. But I have to admit, when I make fresh veggie and fruit juices, I feel pretty good.

Last year I bought a nutri-bullet. It’s not juicing because it doesn’t separate the pulp from the juice. I actually prefer it to juicing. It literally pulverized anything you put in it. This morning I was feeling like I needed a health boost and I put some kale, an apple, a handful of raw almonds, and some water in it and whirled it up. I have to admit, It was pretty tastyestatic
