Have you ever been so sick, it took a long time to get better? Were your doctors sensitive to your needs?
I seem to get serious sinus infections/ear infections/fluid in my ear every 5 or 6 years, some last a short time and short term antibiotics clear it up. Every once in a while I get one that causes so much swelling and inflammation that it can go on forever....I do everything on this earth to help clear it up, and have had ear surgeries to reduce pressure and remove fluid.
I have been experiencing a bad one so far this year....have been sick for close to seven weeks, have been on antibiotics and steroids...but I feel the doctor hadn’t given me a high enough dosage early on of the steroid, so I now probably have fluid in my ear which will have to be drained...am on antibiotics so I don’t get a raging infection.....I am so drained at this point.
I’m sorry you‘re sinus/ear infections have not cleared up and that you’ve been sick for so long. If your doctor is not sensitive to your needs perhaps you have to get another. I’ve done that.
