    • I hear that prayer is a form of meditation.  I pray on a daily basis.

    • I do meditate now and then, and it does wonders for me.  The problem is that I never keep at something.  I’ll do it a few days in a row and then not do it for months on end.  I don’t know how to stick with something whether it’s meditating or exercising or eating right or whatever.

    • T, I have found that sitting on a soft cushion on the floor and doing some deep breathing first, then letting your mind drift into one particular happy thought or place really helps..but you need no one around, no distractions..just quiet.

      I pray every day Diane, that is also my meditation.  I have a great book that I read..“God Is In The Tough Stuff” by Bruce & Stan...their books are sold at CVS pharmacy.
