    • Today I asked a worker if the shoes I like were available in wide. She just told me if it’s not on the shelf then we don’t have it. I was so dissatisfied with her service she wasn’t busy. I’ve been to this store before and I appreciate it when the worker takes the time to look and even call another location to check the availability.

    • Most stores anymore don’t carry anything other than what’s on the shelf, so she was probably just stating a fact.  But if she was rude to you or snippy about it, then I think you should talk to her manager.

    • I agree w/ Tulip.  but definitely-IF she was rude about it, let management know!  I come from a family who ran customer service businesses our entire lives and if we found out someone was rude-we’d take care of it.  That’s our business, our livelihood.
