Ugh, Victor I just gave you tons of tips, and lost the stinkin post.
Check out Mr. Twitter who helps you find people to follow, and www.twellow.com that is like the yellow pages for Twitter.
If you twitter, then your followers are tweeple. :)
I am luvmy12kids on twitter... and have a blog by the same name www.luvmy12kids.blogspot.com
I am just barely scratching the surface of social networking, but twitter is a great tool!
mztracy, what is your twitter name? We should all post and follow one another! Retweeting for each other is powerful. Hannah got over 100 comments when we promoted her giveaway on twitter!
This is the duplicate, but I didn’t mention before that we should all follow one another, so I cut and pasted this over here where it belongs.

    • I have a twitter profile but never use it. I seem to not find anyone I know there. Is it like myspace or facebook? I do have a facebook page and really like it there too. I have my sisters as my friends so I can stay in touch when Im able to.

    • It never caught on with me, Lack of a member directory or groups made it very difficult to find people to follow. I mean who do you follow or associate with if you don’t know who is out there?

    • You can search there is a search option - plus you can get updates from various new sites or people like Obama.
      I’m a big fan off www.mashable.com he is the king of this type of networking.

      I also change so at the moment I have lots of fashion updates coming in from the shows as it’s Paris and I can see just news in brief on say YSL latest look etc;

    • I have it but don’t use it myself.  I use it to follow only one person - Neil Diamond :) (I’m a severe Diamondhead)

    • Victor,
      There are lots of things you just have to find out about. Follow Mr. Tweet and he will help you find like minded people. Also there is www.twellow.com which is a directory for twitter, like the yellow pages. It has been very helpful to me. I am luvmy12kids on twitter and elsewhere on the net. I am also a member of twitter moms where I have met alot of other great folks. I haven’t generated any business using it (well except for Hannah’s website which got over 100 comments the month I promoted a give away on twitter!) It is addictive like Fab40 and Facebook. I have a fb account too, and am very active on there. I still have barely tapped into the social networking market though, and have so much to learn!

    • I signed up but seem to notice that people only use it to advertise their blogs and stuff I dont find interesting, or text in a play by play of their entire day (as if mine isnt boring enough I need to read about the boring life of a perfect stranger?)
      I am not sure it will ever grow on me.
