Do you make any kind of complain or compliment if a product or service you received below or above your expectation?  And how did it go?  Please provide details.

    • My husband received a box of cherries and chocolate coated cherries on Father’s Day from his daughter.  The cherries were big and plump.  However, after a few handful, we both got the run.  I further examined the cherries and discovered it was rotten and molded (it’s our fault, we ate them in the dark!)  So I called the company and they were very pleasant and are willing to send some comparable products since I dare not trying any fruits from them.

      In general, I am very outspoken, as you know.  I will tell the manufacturers or the companies or the facilities regarding my opinions - good or bad - with the intention of helping - not to critique by all means.

    • If I have trouble with a food product I will call the manufacturer.  Recently I bought a roll of Pillsbury crescent rolls that were moldy when I opened the package.  I called Pillsbury and they will send coupons for free product.  I have found that food companies are very good about this.  If, for example, I buy a shirt that falls apart after a couple of months I am out of luck because I won’t have the receipt or it has been longer than 30 days.
