Q & A

For the ladies who have handmade products on ETSY:  According to PAYPAL, they recommend that insurance and confirmation delivery be included with the shipping fee.  Is this arranged with ETSY OR PAYPAL? I’m lost!!!!

    • Insurance and delivery confirmation are purchased at the post office.  You add the cost of them to your shipping price so that paypal collects it for you.  Delivery confirmation costs 75 cents, and insurance depends on what dollar amount you are insuring for.  I always do delivery confirmation when I’m selling on-line so I know that my shipment arrived at its destination.  I’ve never insured as I never sell anything that’s more than $10-20.
