    • When I dress up really nice with makeup and hair, jewelry, hot outfit,etc..and my honey says.. “Wow, you look really hot babe“..That makes me feel young, flirty and sexy.estatic   I try to always look my best, even when it’s casual, and that’s what I do to make myself feel young, knowing I look good, and I still got it going on!  If I can look in the mirror and say “Damn, you look good“, then I know I’m doing alright and it’s gonna be a great day!estatic

    • This may sound crazy but listening to 80’s music makes me feel young. It takes me back to the good old days of having fun and not a care in the world! How do I keep myself young? Staying active and always try to look my best whether I’m in sweats or going out for a night on the town.happy

    • I feel like I’m 25. Most of the time.

I guess, I just try to take care of myself every day, do the next ‘right thing’ that contributes to that such as working out -try P90X girls! WOW.. I pay attention to my skin -it’s the largest organ of our bodies! Freaky huh? and make an effort to look nice daily. I think it’s very important to laugh as much as we can, stay busy and always try new things and/or see new places. I think for me it’s the combination of all of that, really. So far, I’m still really energetic. Hope it stays that way! estatic

The fantastic compliments I receive from my fantastic friends are really appreciated. I think I’m doing SOMETHING right. lol

    • I recently began the Murad skin care system and what a difference in my complexion.  I have combination/oily/problem skin so this is a Godsend. I exercise daily and eat organic, take probiotics daily and as Jenz mentioned laugh a lot and keep a positive attitude.  There are days when I don’t feel 100% because of Fibro, so on those days I grab a magazine and stay in bed and sleep which also helps to rejuvenate the body and mind, and as Catfan mentioned, sunscreen, so important.estatic

    • Interesting question......I think I’m fortunate because I feel young in my mind and in my spirit. I got myself a bike a couple of years ago when I moved close to the beach - a beach cruiser it’s called; and I love it.  The first thing I noticed after moving in was that it seemed like everyone had a bike and was peddling around town. I said to myself - I want a bike too!!! I went to the bike shop and bought the cutest retro-looking bike - pink and black!! I hadn’t been on a bike in YEARS and was embarrassed to even try to ride it in front of the store employees. But, I hopped on and took it around the block a few times and loved it! Rolling down the streets with fresh air and the sun shining makes me feel very carefree and youthful!!
I blend well with people of all ages. I converse alot with younger people because I WANT to know what’s going on in their world today and hear their viewpoints on things.
I also love to go dancing and I love live music. I just let me be me and that makes me feel young.....

    • I feel young by dating a man 10 years younger than me.  I work hard to look good all the time.  I’m one of those women who doesn’t leave the house without mascara and lipstick.  He is always telling me how hot I am and calling me gorgeous and I love it.

I find it hard to believe that I am 48.  I don’t feel it but when I look in the mirror and see my wrinkles, I’m not happy.  Too much time in the sun!
