    • I bought it today and just reviewed the first level. I’m going to do it on the days I’m not on the treadmill.

    • 2o lbs in 3o days is NOT healthy anyway. I see P90X is mentioned in the review. I can tell you first hand THAT works. Ninety days though. Not 3o.

I like it too because the eating habits that accompany it are pretty easy and the workouts are designed for you to easily do right in your own home. :D
It also includes yoga X which is crucial for balance and flexibility. Try it. You’ll be saying “BRING IT!” just like all the rest of the P90Xr’s. estatic

Also recommended, Shakeology. Yummmmmy!! Healthy!! Any flavor you can think of, they have. This has been proven to lower cholesterlo and blood pressure as well. :D

I’m into this. estatic Any questions, feel free to ask me via email.

As for the 3o day shred, if you‘re doing that, PLEASE be careful as 2o lbs in 3o days likely is really not a good idea. Or, ask your doctor about it first just to be safe.

    • Just a thought for our healthier selves in 2o1o...

I bet we can all find a min of 3o mins per day to work on our bodies/workouts. estatic Maybe even 45 mins.
I think nine out of ten [not just women either] say, in one way or another, “I’ll do it later...”
I’ve done that ALOT. Plus I’m lazy about it because usually I’m naturally thin. I discovered I can also be a ‘skinny fat person’ and I did NOT like it. GRRRR
And I can STILL be the biggest procrastinator sometimes. Buuuut.... Later, is now. :D

      Later, has arrived.

I hung a 2 pc swimsuit and a skirt I adore where I see it ALOT when I’m home. The DVDs are also ‘in my face.’ Strategically placed so I cannot avoid them.
Plus, I have NOOOOO desire to have to replace ALL of these CLOTHES. Oh HELL no. haha

If we take good care of ourselves, we look so much better and feel fantastic. It’s really empowering too. estatic
We‘re not getting any younger either which is another thing I’m contending with these days.. 42... Almost 43. I don’t have until later if I want to grow old and SEE later. My time to take care of me is NOW. We cannot afford not to take care of ourselves and exercise. I think it almost goes against our grain completely to put ourselves 1st. But if we don’t, who will? Take a little time out each day, or at least every other day, for you.

    • LOL  Ill likely never wear the 2 pc either. I just want to know I CAN. lol I’m more concerned about the inner bod being healthy 1st and then the good results on the outside. :D

Sitting too much during the past 2 months has really shown me what I need to do. Not happy at the moment with the looks of the bod. grrr  I’m actually sort of upset with myself for allowing it to happen if that makes sense...
Working on it though. :D Gotta start again somewhere, right?

    • I tried it last year during the President Challenge at my job.  I did all 3 levels and if you do them correct and with intensity you will lose weight.  You also have to change your eating habits as well.  I went from 177 to 155 pounds in about 4 months.  It works, but it’s also hard work.  I would mix the 30 day shred with her a dvd she has called “No more Trouble Zone“.
