    • I love it since it forces you to work your abs even if you are working another body part.
I have seen the light and know it’s the only way to go!!!

    • I am very long...esp. legs...so I have found the ball hard on my back.

I have taken classes etc. and even own one (used more when I was pregnant!) but found that it is not made for someone with an ‘unusual’ center of gravity.

Loved it while I was pregnant though...drapped myself over it to stretch out my back...but front onto the ball not back.

    • Trudy what do you mean by “unusual center of gravity“? I had no center until I started working out on it and now I have great balance.

    • We all have a natural center of gravity....just like everything can be balance if you can find the right pivot point.

I am 6’ tall...but have the body length of a 5‘2” person (there rest of my height is all legs).  That makes my center of gravity lower on my body than say an actual 5‘2” person.

When I get on the ball, in order to balance, I can’t place my butt where a 5‘2” would place theirs to be balanced.

Makes it really hard on my back.

I’ve had instruction and was told that this kind of exercise just wasn’t meant for someone of my proportions!

    • Well no wonder why it always feels so good on my back. I’m 5‘2 short. LOL! I do use mine at least 3 times out of the week. It feels so good on my back and works my abs.

    • I’ve wanted to try the bender ball to maximize my core work. I saw the ad on television and it intrigued me.

Trudy, I’m not as tall as you, only 5‘4” but my inseam is 32“. If I want to be able to wear heels with my pants I have to get a 33 or 34 inseam. So, all my height is in my legs too.

My friends make fun of me. They say that when I sit down I look like I’ve fallen in a hole.estatic

    • When I used it, it was like a I Love Lucy episode!  I kept rolling to one side, then the other, my leg up for balance, my other leg under the ball....  It was hilarious to say the least!
