How many hours a week would you say you commit to exercise?
I try to go every weekday, but on average its about 6 to 8 hours a week.
Me, too. I try and get one hour in a day so I don’t lose the momentum. I don’t do the same thing all the time. Sometimes I get on the treadmill. Sometimes I do yoga. Sometimes I lift weights.
I’m with Cynthia, trying to keep it interesting so I don’t get bored.

msj, so sorry to hear you had a car accident. Glad you’ll be on the complete mend in a couple of months.
I try for an hour of exercise a day, but it’s often half an hour because I forget to do it until very late at night.

zero, I havent felt good in a long time now, but I would excercise if I wasnt in pain , and had the energy...
Sorry to hear this Diane, hope things get better for you..it is tough sometimes with the Fibromyalgia, but I average about 5-6 hours a week, sometimes less, sometimes more and the volunteering will help keep me more mobile.
diane-I’m always in pain, but take it from one in the know, the less movement you do, the more the pain!
I adapt to my capabilities of the day, but every day I walk and do a 20 minute strengthening and stretching routine.
It’s awful some days, but I’m always better after I’ve done it.
My Dr tells me to just do it too. My ankle and acchilles has been in pain and swollen for 3 yrs, so the more I walk on it , the more pain...
I’m going through a yoga phase at the moment, doing an hour a day 5 times a week. Feeling motivated for summer. It’s a different story in the winter though, I’d have to say zero if you asked me a few months back!
I do something six times a week, but on average it’s about 8 to 10 hours a week. Jogging 3-4 times a week, gym 1-2 a week and rowing 4 times a week.
I do have one day in a week for rest
