    • I think what’s best varies among women. I do not tolerate Black Cohosh at all (heart palpitations). I’m EXTREMELY hyper by nature, so some things make me jump out of my skin like I’ve had 20 cups of coffee...LOL.

      Anyway, my list is as follows:
      -Evening Primrose Oil (3 times a day)
      -Soy (Soy Isoflavones, or soy consumption generally)

      Personally, the most effective for me is to keep my body cool. (i.e. wear layers, breathable to take off and put on as you can, as well as minimize hot foods/drinks and spice). Oh alcohol will trigger too.
