I want take my daughter and my son on a vacation to anywhere they want to go, for the memerory of a life time, so to speak. the trouble is it would be in the school year. my husband says this is a bad idea and can wait till next summer. my fear is what if it can’t , I mean what if I’m not able to enjoy it then as I can in lets say october...yes or no is all i’m needing here please ladies. that would be appriciated
Kyah, I was thinking the same thing, an extended weekend would be a great compromise. Also make every day special in new ways. Climb out of the box each and every day do something different or in a different way. Like having a hearty breakfast for dinner, or dinner in the park with china, crystal and candles at the golden time of day before the sun rushes away. Think of each new day as a blank canvass in which you have the opportunity to express your love. Just let your love show, it is contagious watch how it will grow creating memories of a lifetime as you go.
yes, i agree it is early on, maybe they can even take some assignments with them, or have them emailed
I totally agree with both ladies here, go and enjoy your children at the appointed time you feel is best for you. The ywill catch up on assignments, you can ask the teachers for a packet of assignments and it can all be done and turned in when they go back. Life is too short and tomorrow is not promised "GO FOR IT!"
