Have you ever find yourself with all he skills and God given ability you need to succeed and still unable to move forward?  

Lately, this have been my experience and I know that it should not stop me from achieving my dreams, and jet I  find myself paralyzed with procrastination...   I recently hear the concept of fear of failure and it made me think about what that really meant?  

Have you ever experience this fear of failure, if so how did you overcome it?   Will love to have your opinion my fabulously 40 and beyond sisters.

I will like to add that even do I do not know my earthly father personally for he choose to not be in my life our heavenly father send me a caring wonderful man my way the one I call papa and I am so grateful to have experience what a fathers love, because, what others meant for evil God meant it for good and I am the woman I am today because I had people who care and took their responsability as parents seriously and these has allow me to forgive the other man who turn his back on me.   So if you are not in a place of forgiveness towards your father what ever He did or did not do, and take confort to know that God is in control.

Tonight I heard an awesome message that bless me greatly. So I wanted to share it all.
THIS IS A HOW TO:
1. Develop a life of obedience.
2. We can improve our hearing by spending time in daily meditation.
3. Studying the Word of God daily
4. Fasting
5. Anticipating to hear from God is paramount

Why is so important to hear from God because hearing God voice directly will keep the Devil from attacking us and protect us against going in a wrong direction and walking away from our purpose and will keep us in his perfect will.

Real Beauty at any age, In your 20s and 30s It is easy to be beautiful but I found out that in your 40s, 50s and behond it takes a lot of work and healthy lifestyle choices to keep the natural beauty. Let me share with you my experience this Saturday, I went to a wedding for a couple in their 70s and It was just lovely to see that love can be the fountain of youth that many look for it was perfection, this ceremony was fill with love for God and love for each other, everyone present new that we were witnessing a true moment of Joy and at that time to look around to the beautiful women present in the room in their 60s, 70s, 80s + to see that beauty, style and grace are timeless it gives my heart peace to know that no matter how many wrinkles I have or gray hairs the natural beauty of me will be there too.  I pray my sister that you will experience and AH...moment too.
